Loading & Unloading
We at Pacific Fibre Products are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and those who visit our site. Drivers who are delivering logs and wood chunks to our facility should report to our scales at 465 Industrial Way to weigh in their load. Please let us know if you are new to our facility so that we can ensure you receive proper dumping instructions. You will need to wear a hard hat, protective eyewear, a hi-vis vest or shirt, and ankle-supporting footwear when you are out of your vehicle. You can contact the scales or operators on CB channel
Dry Van & Container Loading
We use a special conveying system that loads enclosed trailers, and containers. Our system is equipped with platform scales, to ensure
accurate loading. This is a great system for brokers or truckers looking for a ” backhaul ” for a dry van.
Rail Car Loading
Pacific Fibre Products owns a fleet of Gondola cars that have open tops for loading and end doors for unloading. Our facility is equipped with a loading ramp, scales, and a railcar mover. This is a great way to move a large volume, fast and economically.
Truck Loading
Pacific Fibre Products uses Catipiller 966 front-end loaders equipped with weighing scales on 8 and 10-yard roll-out buckets. Semi-trailers can be loaded without the need of a ramp. When loading bark products at our facility, we pride ourselves on giving generous yardage and fast efficient service.
